FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Department of Behavioral Sciences at Kingsborough Community College seeks candidates to teach undergraduate courses in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and Criminal Justice courses for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Performs teaching, research and guidance duties in area(s) of expertise. Shares responsibility for committee and department assignments including administrative, supervisory, and other functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor:

Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent. Also required is the ability to teach successfully.

For Adjunct Lecturer:
Bachelor’s degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully.

COMPENSATION

Adjunct Lecturer: $74.48 – $92.72 per hour

Adjunct Assistant Professor: $84.48 – $100.27 per hour

Adjunct Associate Professor: $91.08 – $111.61 per hour

Adjunct Professor: $101.03 – $122.96 per hour
