Lecturer (LTS) in Modern Gender History
We seek a modern gender historian with a firm grounding in theoretical and interdisciplinary approaches to gender history and experience in working with diverse source types. This maternity cover role will contribute to teaching, marking and moderation on HIST2016 The Social and Cultural History of Europe 1500-1800 (semester 1) and HIST5107 Gender, Culture and Text (semester 2), supervise postgraduate dissertations and contribute to marking and moderation of undergraduate dissertations and exams. The postholder will convene our Widening Participation summer school in History (13 June-8 July).
You will deliver an excellent student experience by contributing to teaching, assessment and administration processes associated with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and to undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching in the School of Humanities.
