The University of Northern Iowa’s Department of Economics seeks applications for a temporary adjunct appointment as Instructor of Economics, available commencing in Spring 2022. Teaching load will include one 3-credit hour course in Health Economics in the Economics Department. The teaching is expected to be face-to-face. Instructors must be available to meet with students on campus.

Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in economics or any business related field from a nationally- or internationally-recognized, AACSB-accredited university required.

Required Qualifications:
Required qualifications include administrative experience in a healthcare facility; experience doing economic research and analysis; and effective oral and written communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with a master’s degree in health administration from a nationally- or internationally-recognized, AACSB-accredited university.
