Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent, Special Education, and in cooperation with the child’s physician, serves as a member of the multidisciplinary team in providing assessment, consultation to parents and teachers, program development and consultation services/direct instruction in the area of adapted physical education for identified pupils; uses special instructional procedures as necessary to meet the individual needs of pupils with physical disabilities. CREDENTIALS:

Education Specialist credential with Adapted Physical Education added authorization

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university California Teaching Credential authorizing performance of service within programs for physically disabled Possess specialized techniques or skills related to the needs of physically disabled pupils, use and maintenance of assistive communication devices, knowledge of general education curricula kindergarten through high school) Experience working with children with physical disabilities

• Credential Copy (California Teaching Credential authorizing performance of service within programs for physically disabled )
• Letter of Introduction
