Project Development Junior Manager

Position description

Your Role

As a Project Development Junior Manager, you will support All Digital’s Project Development team in designing and coordinating funding proposals that advance digital inclusion and education across Europe.

You will:

• Monitor EU and foundation funding opportunities relevant to digital education and inclusion;
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, including narrative and budget sections;
• Support consortium coordination by liaising with partners and collecting required inputs;
• Assist with partner mapping, stakeholder outreach, and proposal planning;
• Help maintain internal databases and proposal trackers;
• Support internal coordination with communication and project implementation teams;
• Contribute to process improvement by using digital and AI tools to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.

You will be coached by the Head of Project Development and work closely with senior team members in project and communication units.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1–3 years of experience in EU-funded projects, fundraising, or partnership management;
• Understands the basics of EU programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, or CEF;
• Writes clearly and accurately in English (other European languages are an asset);
• Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
• Works well in a multicultural and collaborative environment;
• Shows interest in digital inclusion, education, and European cooperation;
• Is curious about learning to use AI tools in professional contexts;
• Is proficient of using word and excel.
