Technical Specialist – Azure Application Innovation in Istanbul, Turkey

We are seeking a skilled App Innovation Technical Specialist to join in our Turkiye Specialist Unit Team within SouthEast region. In this dynamic role, you will act as a catalyst, empowering cutting-edge Elite Customers Portfolio to exploit the full capabilities of Azure, focusing on app development, PaaS, DevOps,GitHUB and most importantly AI. Your technical guidance will be key in steering the most disruptive usecases for customers in building the next generation Intelligent App solutions through the power of Azure.

As our technical authority on application innovation and development, your responsibilities include delivering compelling presentations, engineering impactful demonstrations, and steering proofs of concept that encourage the adoption of our solutions. Your role is instrumental in fostering customer relationships, influencing pivotal decision-makers, and hastening app innovation by illustrating how our technology can address tangible business problems.

With a profound understanding of the Azure app development landscape along with Databases and AI, you will articulate complex ideas to a varied audience, including technical peers and senior executives, ensuring they recognize the strategic value of Azure PaaS in fostering both business and technological growth. Collaborating closely with our sales and partner ecosystems, you will devise and implement strategies to identify fresh opportunities, driving incremental sales and impactful usecases across the UAE Sub.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert technical guidance on Azure application innovation, Databases, AI, DevOps, and Gitub with advanced app coding techniques.

• Assisting customers with app modernization strategies and the technical architecture required to implement comprehensive intelligent solutions on Azure, leveraging best practices.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of orchestration tools like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), helping customers to manage, scale, and deploy containerized applications seamlessly.

• Architect solutions that efficiently support multitenancy, enabling optimized resource utilization and cost-effectiveness without compromising on isolation and security between tenants.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to our top clients, helping them incorporate Azure App/AI development services into their overarching cloud strategy, and recommending modernization paths and architectures in the cloud.

• Conducting architectural design sessions to establish implementation plans aligned with customer business objectives and their technical infrastructure.

• Guide customers through complex scenarios involving hybrid and multi-cloud container deployments, ensuring seamless integration and management across various platforms.Addressing a range of customer readiness challenges including security, performance, scalability, and intellectual property considerations.

• Engaging with customers and collaborating with account and partner teams to drive new opportunities, resolve technical obstacles, and contribute strategies to expedite deal closure.

• Remaining continually at the heart of advancements and trends in cloud app and AI development to ensure our team and our solutions stay at the industry’s forefront.

• Influencing Azure app innovation strategy by advocating for customer needs and requirements.

• Being an Azure Apps/AI Platform evangelist, inspiring customers, partners, and the external community, fostering developer communities through various outreach activities.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Strong experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting roles with 5+ years of experience

• Application innovation and development background with 5+ Years of experience prefferably on Azure

• AI and opensource Databases development background with 5+ Years of experience prefferably on Azure

• Technical passion with good understanding of cloud architectural patterns leveraging managed or Platform-As-A-Service offerings, rearchitecting monolithic applications with cloud native technologies, related databases and modern DevOps/ DevSecOps practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with competitive Application development services across public cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, Oracle) is a plus.

• Solution Sales experience in the cloud computing field

• Azure Associate or Expert Certifications (otherwise be prepared to earn certification within 3 months)

• Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

• Orchestrate and influence virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities and lead v-teams through influence.
