Education: Master’s degree in political science, government, public administration, or international relations; OR Bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND Master’s degree in economics, history, social science, sociology, any ethnic studies, JD, or LL.B.; OR the Equivalent. (All degrees and units used to satisfy minimum qualifications must be from accredited institutions.)
