“Their aunt is gone.

“On this side, a family is gone altogether.

“The families at the back. They are all gone.

“There a woman’s arm could be seen. But there was no one to rescue her.

“She died today.

“They pulled out a three-year-old child from there.

“On the other side, there are still people inside the building.

“The teams only arrived yesterday at last. This place is forgotten.

“They are only down there in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood.

“They went to the areas of the rich.

“See what situation these poor people are in.

“They should come and help the poor people.

“We cannot go into our house. We do not have water.

“We cannot use the toilets. We are outside.

“There will be more illnesses. There will be more deaths.

“Where is the state?

“You cannot deal with this touring with helicopters!

“They should come and see what situation these poor people are in.

“Down there they are distributing meals.

“The rich live down there and they distribute meals there.

“Here the poor fellows eat what they can find.”
