Mansur Yavaş, the Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, has been named Türkiye’s most admired politician.
The results of a survey conducted by ASAL Research to determine the most admired politicians in Türkiye were announced. Between January 10-14, 2025, 1,800 participants from 26 provinces were asked, “Who is your most admired politician in Turkey?” Mansur Yavaş topped the list with 19.5%, followed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in second place and Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu in third.
