Description
The Department of Economics at Baylor University seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor. Preferably, the successful candidate will engage in policy-relevant research that complements the research interests of the Department. Assistant Professors with a demonstrated record of this type of scholarship will also be considered.
The Hankamer School of Business is one of the largest colleges within Baylor University, with more than 4,000 students and 300 faculty and staff. Qualifications
Requirements include:
A Ph.D. in economics, or a related discipline.
The ability to conduct scholarly research.
A desire to pursue external funding.
A commitment to excellence in teaching.
A successful applicant will also show a potential for service to the department, college, university, and the community.
