As we continue to develop our activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Human Resources Specialist for HR. The position is located within our Istanbul office in Türkiye:

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Acts as a first point of contact for the line managers to understand, anticipate and resolve the business needs (including projects, internal & external audits),

• Manages the selection and end-to-end recruitment process by announcing job ads and coordinating interviews with suitable candidates,

• Handles onboarding processes of new employees, prepares welcome kits, and personnel files and coordinates orientations,

• Welcomes new employees at the office, prepares their onboarding schedule with managers, team members and other related departments,

• Supports data management of all HR-related processes (annual leave, company procedures, job descriptions etc.),

• Participate in all other HR-related projects & reporting processes,

• Complies with / implements Bureau Veritas Corporate standards and BV 3 Absolutes (Safety, Ethics and Financial Control).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics),

• Min. 2 years of experience,

• Proficiency in English verbal and written,

• Great sense of responsibility, multitasking & time management skills,

• Familiar with SAP HR modules.
