Overview

As a Clubhouse Assistant Program Director you will oversee a highly member-involved program designed to empower adults living with psychiatric conditions and provide a community that is focused on respect, individual choice and contribution.

Clubhouses offer comprehensive and dynamic supports and services 5-6 days each week to members by combining employment, housing, and education services with social activities, life skills, wellness initiatives, arts-based rehabilitation and advocacy for people recovering from psychiatric conditions.

To ensure that these services are implement efficiently, you will work with the Program Director to oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of the clubhouse as well as the implementation of all clubhouse service components and standards.

In additon, you will provide supervision and direction to clubhouse staff regarding Clubhouse Action Plans, interventions and comprehensive assessments.

Job Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology or related. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training.
  • A minimum of two years experience in progressively responsible human services functions.
  • A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of employment. Must be at least 21 years of age, have maintained a valid US driver’s license for at least 6 months, and must be able to pass a driver’s screening background check.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a multi-state CORI check, employment verification, reference check and driving check.

Pay Range

USD $58,000.00 – USD $58,000.00 /Yr.
