2nd Shift Assembler- $20/hr in Irvine, California

**All candidates MUST be open to OT during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.
-OT can start an hour BEFORE the shift time

3- 3:45pm start time

Assembler I: $19.50 (1 year of manufacturing w/microscope)
Assembler II: $21.00 (1 year+ medical device w/microscope)

OT as needed before shift and Saturdays

The Assembler I under direct supervision uses a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test medical devices.

Important/Must haves:
-Microscope experience
-Small part assembly
-Strong communication skills


  1. Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
  2. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
  3. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/ Supervisor.
  4. Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. 6. Other duties as assigned,

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Min 6 months high volume small part assembly w/microscope
Ability to work with microscope 90% of shift
Able to work with small parts (will be inspecting various raw materials but the main product are catheters)
HS Diploma or Equivalent

1st Day:
-Read/Learn SOP’s
-Shadowing trainers

-Unable to meet cleanroom guidelines
-Jumpy work tenure 2+ jobs in 2 years

Best VS Avg
-Medical device experience
-Cleanroom experience
