Salary Schedule for Fully Credentialed Staff: $60,000 annually – $126,000/annually (**Please note that candidates must be internal employees to be placed on Column 5; for external candidates, Column 4 is the maximum incoming placement**)

Salary Schedule for Staff with Emergency Permits, Intern Permits, or Waivers: $48,327 – $96,713/annually

For the 2025-26 school year, various opportunities for additional pay include the following:

  • $5,000 – $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
  • $2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
  • $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
  • $1,000 – $4,500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
  • $1,500 – $6,000 annual stipends for various “leadership” roles
