The vibrant Administrative Assistant will maintain a service-oriented demeanor, answer busy phone lines, greet walk-in guests, and handle general clerical responsibilities. This is a dynamic position for an individual who is organized and committed to working with great companies. These roles will require strong computer and data entry skills, so proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred. The successful Administrative Assistant will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, be able communicate effectively, and have excellent customer service skills. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be self-directed, articulate, and provide positive attention to clients and vendors.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.

  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to relevant staff.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.

  • Assist in the organization of office events and special projects.

  • Monitor and order office equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

  • Provide general administrative support to various teams within the company.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
