ERRIN is looking for a Communications and Policy Manager ERRIN is looking for a new Communications and Policy Manager to join its Secretariat! This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team in Brussels, as the network continues to strengthen the regional and local dimensions in EU research and innovation policy and programmes. ## About the role Communication is at the core of ERRIN’s mission, connecting territorial research and innovation ecosystems with European policy. The Communications and Policy Manager will drive ERRIN’s strategic communication and ensure its implementation, with support from the whole team. Key objectives of the role include increasing ERRIN’s visibility within the EU research and innovation environment in Brussels, providing ERRIN members with timely and tailored insights into new opportunities and developments and ensuring agile and effective planning of communication activities in collaboration with the wider team. The Communication and Policy Manager will also closely follow the developments of EU R&I policy and funding, including the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028–2034. Find the full overview of responsibilities in the attachment. ## Candidate profile We are looking for a colleague with at least 5 years of experience in communications in the field of EU affairs and policy communication. The candidate should have experience in content planning and creation, website management, working with local/regional authorities, and excellent interpersonal and networking skills. The candidate is expected to start as soon as possible and should be based in Brussels or willing to relocate at the start of their contract. Find the full overview of the requirements in the attachment. ## What we offer We offer a permanent contract with a competitive gross monthly salary between €3500-4300 depending on experience. Other benefits include 13th month, hospitalisation and healthcare insurance, meal vouchers, and transport pass for Brussels. The average weekly working time at ERRIN is set at 40h/week with reduction of working time (RTT – one day off per month on top of annual leave). ERRIN promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers a flexible office/homeworking schedule.
