How can you make a difference? 

Le consultant(e) retenu réalisera les activités suivantes :

  • Etablir un calendrier de mise en place du Kobo collect
  • Proposer un questionnaire pour Kobo Collect
  • Faire valider le questionnaire par les équipes cadres de Région et districts et la Division de l’Immunisation 
  • Mettre à jour l’application Kobo Collect
  • Former les superviseurs à l’utilisation de l’outil
  • Faire le suivi de l’utilisation du Kobo collect
  • Analyse des données produites par l’outil 
  • Faire des recommandations pour l’utilisation optimale de l’outil
  • Produire un rapport de la consultation

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… 

  • Avoir une expertise avérée en programmation informatique ;
  • Avoir des niveaux d’étude d’au moins Bac + 5 en gestion informatique des projets/ programmes statistiques, sciences sociales, économie de la santé, santé publique ou autres domaines pertinents pour la consultation ;
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expériences dans la gestion informatique des programmes et projets de développement ;
  • Avoir de bonnes compétences en méthodologie de collecte, de traitement et d’analyse des données ;
  • Avoir une excellente maîtrise du français et une bonne capacité rédactionnelle ;
  • Avoir une parfaite maîtrise de l’outil informatique (tableur, traitement de texte, logiciels statistiques) et d’outils de collecte de données digitale ;
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise des interventions de vaccination et du concept « Genre » et son application dans la collecte de données ;
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de communication
  • Bonne capacité d’analyse et de négociation
  • Bonne connaissance pratique de l’anglais.

Individuals engaged under a consultancy or individual contract will not be considered “staff members” under the Staff Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and UNICEF’s policies and procedures, and will not be entitled to benefits provided therein (such as leave entitlements and medical insurance coverage). Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws. 

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. Selected candidates are subject to confirmation of fully-vaccinated status against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) with a World Health Organization (WHO)-endorsed vaccine, which must be met prior to taking up the assignment. It does not apply to consultants who will work remotely and are not expected to work on or visit UNICEF premises, programme delivery locations or directly interact with communities UNICEF works with, nor to travel to perform functions for UNICEF for the duration of their consultancy contracts.
