What you’ll do:

This position is to assist the Country Marketing Manager with execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns in-line with agreed key market segments, target audiences, business strategy and marketing plan.

Central to this role is management of all digital marketing activities as well as working with Eaton’s technology and marketing team to maximize use of Eaton’s digital systems (CMS, marketing automation, web, reporting and analytics platforms) and optimizing Eaton’s digital infrastructure for the above-mentioned country.

This role also ensures adoption of best-in-class processes to maximize effectiveness of digital channels as well as promoting the use of data to make better decisions, driving adoption of analytics tools and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a prospect and customer contact database for the country and ensure compatibility with GDPR/KVKK

• Working with EMEA digital marketing team and the local sales/marketing team to develop email marketing templates, lead scoring models, automated drip and nurture campaigns to drive customer engagement and generate measurable sales opportunity pipeline in the region

• Continuously refining country´s lead scoring models in collaboration with marketing and salespeople.

• Being main responsible for all lead capture forms in the region, including web forms and event forms. Work close with local lead catchers/lead stewards to ensure a smooth connection between marketing automation system and Salesforce

• Utilizing EMEA dashboard and reporting environment to drive performance marketing for the region

• Actively participating in the EMEA Eloqua User Group and be the country champion for marketing automation and n creation of

• Being the expert at using marketing processes and tools including marketing automation, lead capturing, marketing content management, analytics and reporting tools.

• Organizing Eaton owned webinars using in-house webinar platforms and running email campaigns for CSO

• Cooperating with EMEA SEO expert(s) to keep the web-sites optimized for leading search engines (SEO)

• Supporting with creation of local segment campaign pages, ensure that they are tagged properly

• Leveraging central website dashboards to track and report on agreed metrics to monitor site engagement, content effectiveness and recommend changes to publishing processes

• Operationalizing social promotion of relevant content using standard social channels

• Being the expert at using web content management tools, systems and processes

• Participate in creation of media plans as a part of the integrated campaigns in cooperation with the Central Segment Team and Central Media Buying Agency

• Driving active adoption of digital media buying tactics in the country (PPC, programmatic display, email campaigns to third party data bases, social media advertising etc)


  • Fluency in Turkish and English essential

  • Digital channel management experience (websites, SEO, social media channels, content management)

  • Marketing automation platform experience (for instance Eloqua/Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo)

  • Experience in project planning, project management and working to deadlines

  • Experience of working in B2B marketing would be an advantage
