In this role you’ll be responsible for interfacing with account teams and customers to configure and own fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions to support our customer value-creation strategy. Working closely with the sales team and our customers, you’ll play a key role in driving beverage quality, revenue, and profit for the system. We’re looking for someone with strong customer service experience and the ability to deliver results.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Manage and develop Turkey’s Strategic On – Premise customers in coordination with bottling partner with full responsibility regarding core business (volume, revenue, profit and incidence growth) and operational (Execution) KBIs(key business indicator)

  • Build and lead strong cross functional team from KO and bottling partner to align on critical decision process while creating a collaborative environment.

  • Manages senior level customer’s relationship and drives the dialogue towards value creation as well as build world class customer capabilities by localizing the overall customer process, methodology, tools and securing the required sources.

  • Jointly with bottling partner define destination, core strategies and annual plans for On Premise strategic customers and stewards all the processes and routines required to track the business and execution performance with the customers and System key stakeholders.

  • Leads the negotiations to sign new or renew contracts with On Premise Strategic Customers to securing sustainable growth and maximizing ROI.

  • Share Best practices, transfer know-how and wires with Global Account Teams.

  • Responsible from On Premise channel performance including Volume, growth, execution, budget management and NARTD(nonalcoholic ready-to-drink ) share targets.

  • Identify the growth opportunities and lead the system to implement all strategic initiatives at regional level to achieve sustainable growth of On-Premise channel, develop regional plans and improve competitiveness at the marketplace to deliver our NARTD share objectives.

  • Lead the full implementation of Commercial Strategy in Field in close collaboration with the bottling partner.

  • Lead the system for the integration of portfolio priorities into commercial plans. Determine the relevant commercial execution targets at System level with clear KBIs on a granular level.

  • Achieve executional excellence per sub-channel by ensuring the seamless implementation of Channel Strategy. Ensure injection of regional lens and agile action planning to address competitive threats.

  • Track performance with metrics & reporting routines and develop effectiveness by facilitating the use of scorecards and monthly follow-up to track progress on key ‘Commercial Execution’ areas.

  • Ensures implementation of Channel Strategy through right projects and plans. Develops and Leads the execution of critical On-Premise development initiatives in line with channel priorities.

  • Works closely with bottling partner highlight capability gaps ensure as a System we build robust capabilities in national levelidentified as critical to win with consumers and customers.

  • Drive digitalization agenda of On-Premise Channels to create value for consumer and customer ensuring seamless experience

  • Follow the trends in On Premise channel, define whitespaces, new growth opportunities and create channel strategies to ensure channel growth.

Role Requirement

  • Minimum 12 years of commercial-related experience in consumer goods and retail industry including beverage/food; demonstrated track record in sales, marketing, and bottler / commercial management.

  • Minimum 8 years work experience in a manager capacity that involves key customer management, commercial leadership and influencing of senior management

  • Experience in FMCG ‘on premise’ ‘away from home’ or ‘retail’ channels

  • Proven thought leadership in the ability to properly blend various kinds of analysis and data sources to craft action-oriented recommendations that drive business growth.

  • Proven ability to influence people and align resources toward a common strategic goal, leveraging best-in-class approaches and methodologies while fine-tuning them to meet specific customer needs; ability to effectively interact and influence Sr Mgt.
