Position description

We are opening an Intern EU affairs position to support SAFE’s activities, starting in February 2026 for a period of 6 months. The intern will receive a monthly allowance of 400 euros. The intern must sign an internship agreement with their university and preferably benefit from a scholarship (eg: Erasmus+).

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

      • Studying (Master degree) related to EU affairs;

      • Legal eligibility to work in the EU is a must;

      • Good editing, communication, research and writing skills;

      • Be an independent, proactive, problem solver and team player person;

      • Excellent English with strong communication skills (spoken and written), professional level in

        French is a plus.

        MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

        Creation and implementation of consumer-oriented awareness-raising campaigns; Support the team in managing several food-related EU project;

        Conduct research, prepare articles; Support project implementation; Organize project meetings, events; Compile and draft project reports;

        WHAT WE OFFER

        its reputation in the context of EU Institutions and Trade Associations;

      • You will be given responsibilities to sustain SAFE’s communication and advocacy strategy;
