Trkiye PACS team is responsible for the strategy and execution of the following: Public Affairs, Stakeholder Relationship Management, External and Internal Communications, social media and digital marketing (for the Corporate Brand), Brand PR, Sustainability and CSR Project Management and Communications, Crisis Management, and Event Management.

TR PACS long-term intern is a member of the team with regular responsibilities and occasionally is tasked with new assignments depending on the ongoing projects.

The responsibilities of the successful intern will include (but is not limited to):

  • Coordination of My Sister Project and tracking of the executional plan,

  • Internal Communications: channel identification, preparation, and posting/execution of assets (announcements, newsletters, videos, internal brandings, etc.),

  • Monthly Social Media content planning and execution,

  • Influencer Management: Assisting brand teams in the assessment of SL&E reports,

  • Tracking of award applications,

  • Preparation of reports & presentations,

  • Monitoring department budget and resolving any budget related issues,

  • Any new/creative idea generation on the ongoing projects is welcome.

The ideal applicant:

  • is a 3rd or 4th grade undergraduate student in a related field (Business administration, communications, journalism, international relations, psychology, social/political studies, etc.),

  • has a demonstrated interest in the work of the PACS area,

  • has volunteering or internship experience in a similar position,

  • demonstrates advanced written and oral communication skills (both in Turkish and English),

  • is familiar with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel),

  • is proactive and able to manage time & tasks effectively.
