      • Open to some travelling, especially in Europe;
      • Desirable: you have been involved in European Commission expert group meetings in technical regulatory areas such as vehicle type approval, chemical regulation, eco-design and/or product safety;
      • Experience: at least 4 years in EU public affairs, law, policy, or within EU institutions;
      • Languages: full English proficiency in speaking and writing is a must; good knowledge of other EU languages an asset.

Mindset:

      • You are just as comfortable working autonomously as you are in a team;
      • Capacity to explain and summarise complex technical issues with precision and concision in English;
      • Service-oriented and comfortable working in a member-driven association, which operates on a consensus-building basis;
      • You like to brainstorm, exchange ideas and are intellectually curious;
      • Good at multi-tasking, committed, willing to learn, comfortable in a multi-cultural and fast-moving trade association environment;
