Our client is hiring an experienced Powder Coat Associate immediately! This position is located in Hesston, KS . The ideal candidate will either live in the area or be willing to commute daily.

Job Title: Powder Coat Associate

Location: Hesston, KS

Pay Range: $19.24 + $2 shift differential

2nd Shift

What’s the Job?

• Operate manual electrostatic guns to apply powder to parts

• Operate, monitor and maintain equipment

• Inspect that parts meet quality standards and apply liquid touch up as necessary

• Apply and remove plugs/ caps to protect unpainted areas

What’s Needed?

• HS Diploma or GED

• Industrial painting or powder coat experience

• Ability to pass a 15 year background check

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Stable job history
