Looking for a Telecom Solutions Pre-Sales with a diversified experience between Service Providers and Vendor Domains. Interested in Business Leading and Self-Driven opportunity where they can add Business Value and contribute to the success and evolution in one a leading market Telecom Vendors globally.

You will be part Oracle Communications Industry Unit which comes as part of Oracle global business units focused on providing integrated communications through on premise and cloud solutions to unleash innovative business models and new revenue streams for our customers. strategic verticals that develop industry-specific solutions.

Oracle Communications provide solutions to 20 of the top 20 communications customers such as Verizon, AT&T, Vodafone, Telefonica, Orange, NTT DoCoMo, and more.

Oracle Communications Product Portfolio is focused around the following Areas:

  • 3G/4G/5G Signaling Products.

  • 3G to 4G to 5G Evolution Products

  • 5G NSA/SA Core Products

  • 5G Monetization Products

  • Session Delivery Products

  • Policy Management Products

  • Core and Edge Security Products.

  • SaaS Based Products

What You’ll Do

As a Pre-Sales, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will provide technical assistance to the Account Manager and is responsible for all pre-sales technical efforts as well as post-sale support on accounts in his assigned territory.

You will lead all aspects of the technical sales process. Develop new content and presentations tailored for a customer problems and business needs. In depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends. Demonstrate project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interface to the key customers & partners in the region to discuss the activities to influence and steer the technology strategy and technical choices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Provide deep level technical assistance including not limited to technical propositions, portfolio, and solution presentations, RFx submissions, Solution build and sizing, etc.…

  • Work with the Global Account/Sales Team to identify new Business Development and revenue opportunities.

  • A proven track record on Bid Management including RFx technical and commercial build and propositions.

  • Hands-on experience working with Product Development & Product Engineering teams to align on customer’s product requirements, HW & SW Fixes, Road-map development plans, etc.….

  • Extensive experience in running Demo’s/Lab trials including multiple resources between the customer and Oracle with a target of showcasing Oracle product capabilities and value proposition.

  • Proven track record selling to Telecom Service Providers, Enterprise and Channel partners.

  • Understanding of the Voice Communications Eco System and xCaaS Solution within Enterprise organizations

  • Thorough understanding of Voice over IP standards, applications, and practices and Session Border Controllers technology

  • In depth knowledge of Turkey Region Telecom Landscape

  • Strong Business Acumen with hands-on experience in numeracy and financial analysis

  • C-Level Contact, negotiation acumen and Presentation Skills

  • Knowledgeable on Solutions as a service business models.

  • Telecom standards (i.e., 3GPP, IETF, GSMA.) including but not limited to, 5G – HTTP, 4G – Diameter and 2G/3G – SS7, Session Delivery signaling protocols.

  • 5G Used Cases, Call-flows, deployment models.

  • WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, and other wireline/wireless Voice Technologies.

  • Hosted/cloud-based UC, IPBX and IP Centrex solutions.

  • Cloud Native Architecture standards – DevOps, CI/CD, Jaeger, ELK Stack, Prometheus, etc.….

  • IaaS/CaaS: Linux, VMWare, KVM, OpenStack, Microservices, Automation, Orchestration

  • Public Cloud Provider – Hyper scalers (OCI, AWS etc.….) basics and value propositions.
