About the role

As a Project Assistant, you’ll play an active role in supporting our communication projects. You’ll get the chance to work on a wide range of tasks, from social media planning and content creation to client management and project coordination.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of EU communication projects;
  • Help create content for web, social media, and other channels;
  • Support client relations and project reporting;
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development;
  • Learn from a team of creative professionals who value curiosity, ownership, and fresh ideas.

Who we’re looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree and either a Master’s degree or currently enrolled in one;
  • Fluent in English (native-level or equivalent); a good understanding of French is a strong asset;
  • Strong interest in EU affairs, communication, media, or related fields;
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented;
  • Comfortable juggling different tasks and working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Creative mindset and a collaborative spirit.
