About the role
As a Project Assistant, you’ll play an active role in supporting our communication projects. You’ll get the chance to work on a wide range of tasks, from social media planning and content creation to client management and project coordination.
What you’ll do
- Assist in the day-to-day management of EU communication projects;
- Help create content for web, social media, and other channels;
- Support client relations and project reporting;
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development;
- Learn from a team of creative professionals who value curiosity, ownership, and fresh ideas.
Who we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s degree and either a Master’s degree or currently enrolled in one;
- Fluent in English (native-level or equivalent); a good understanding of French is a strong asset;
- Strong interest in EU affairs, communication, media, or related fields;
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable juggling different tasks and working in a fast-paced environment;
- Creative mindset and a collaborative spirit.
