Le bureau pays de l’UNICEF Gabon met en oeuvre son sixième cycle de programmation qui couvre la période 2023-2027, et le programme est dans sa deuxième année du cycle en cours pour l’année 2024.
En dernier trimestre 2023, l’UNICEF Gabon a commandité une étude d’évaluabilité du programme pays pour apprécier la clarté et la cohérence de la conception (logique du programme), sa mesurabilité (suivi et disponibilité des données), la responsabilisation et la préparation pour une future évaluation. L’étude qui a pris fin en janvier 2024 a fourni des recommandations pour l’ajustement de la théorie du changement afin de l’adapter aux changements du contexte et pour le renforcement du système de suivi et évaluation du programme. Ainsi les plans de travail bi-annuel 2023-2024 signés au début du programme de coopération ont été revus en plan de travail roulant, couvrant la période 2024-2025 et assortis de cadres de résultats et théories de changement mis à jour pour chaque composante du programme.

Education: 

Niveau minimum Master en Planification, Statistique, Economie, Education ou autre domaine des sciences sociales.

Work Experience: 

Au moins 5 années d’expériences avérées en Planning, Monitoring et Rapportage

Language Requirements:

La connaissance de la langue française est obligatoire, et de l’anglais est un atout et d’autres langues du système des UN

 This position has been assessed as an elevated risk role for Child Safeguarding purposes as it is either a role with direct contact with children, a role that works directly with identifiable children’s data, a safeguarding response role, or an assessed risk role. Additional vetting and assessment for elevated risk roles in child safeguarding (potentially including additional criminal background checks) apply.

Should you be selected for a position with UNICEF, you either must be inoculated as required or receive a medical exemption from the relevant department of the UN. Otherwise, the selection will be canceled.
