As an Senior Account Representative in Commercial Risk Solutions;

• Providing customer operation services in the Commercial Risk Solutions department

• Responsible for assessing needs of clients in non-life insurance companies and ready to put forward respective solutions

• Responding directly to client questions and requests quickly and efficiently

• Managing the operation flow between the insurance company and the customer

• Following up on the process by the customer and the insurance company by executing the policy (renewal + new entry) transactions
