We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr Benefits Analyst specializing in Leaves of Absence to join our dynamic Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various leave policies, compliance requirements, and the ability to provide exceptional support to our employees. This role is crucial in ensuring that our benefit programs are administered efficiently and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a remote position available to candidates who are based in the USA. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Leave Administration: Manage and administer all types of leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA, STD, personal leave, and other statutory leaves in collaboration with leave provider.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave and benefit laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices.
• Customer Support: manage the benefits mailbox and escalate as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for benefits programs and projects. Annual calendar/project plan, communications, statements of work etc. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit purposes.
• Backup: Support the weekly payroll and benefits recordkeeping responsibilities as needed.
• Communication: Collaborate with HR partners, managers, and employees to communicate various benefit initiatives and projects. Work closely with HR communications partner.
• Training: Manage, schedule, develop and/or deliver training sessions for managers and employees on various benefit policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze leave-related reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to HR leadership.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline benefit processes and improve the overall employee experience.
• All other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on leaves of absence.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant leave laws and regulations.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and leave management systems.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

The base compensation range for this position is $84,500 to $110,000 per year. Your base salary will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
