We are currently looking for an Application Group Engineer to join our Operations team.
Location: Karacabey, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As an Application Group Engineer , you will have the following responsibilities;
-
Conduct technical feasibility study for the new product during concept stage.

Recipe development for a new / existing product as per consumer requirements defined in Product Brief and according to the Nestle Guidelines and Legal Requirements
-
Define new raw material required for the new product and prepare the specification as per the guidelines and legal requirements, and perform specification Management in SAP
-
Conduct industrial trials in production to evaluate the capability and the consistency of the new product.
-
Recipe Management in SAP( BOM and SAP -RM)
-
Follow shelf life studies and define the shelf life for a new product
-
Evaluate alternative raw materials and conduct trials where necessary.
-
Adapt production line for new product or new raw material
Which profile are we looking for?
-
University Degree (Food Engineering )
-
3-5 years experience in new product development
-
R&D and Confectionery experience
