Join us in driving growth for the LEGO brand inTurkiye, leading branded retail key account management efforts to elevate the LEGO brand’s presence,optimizepartner performance, and deliver exceptional retail experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling value propositions to LEGO-branded channel partners inTurkiye.

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of key account management for LCS partners inTurkiye.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, ensuring alignment with business targets.

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with vital stakeholders within the customer base and across internal departments.

  • Implement monthly priorities as directed by the marketing team, integrating key retailer occasions asappropriate.

  • Conduct negotiations for annual trade terms and plans within established frameworks.

  • Strategize and execute a roadmap for future store expansion initiatives withinTurkiye, including the successful implementation of new store openings.

The role of Senior Key Account Manager for LEGO branded channels inTurkiyeserves as a linchpin in supporting the broader organization’s strategicobjectivesand expansion initiatives. By effectively managing our branded channel, the incumbent not only drives revenue growth and market share expansion for LEGO BRAND inTurkiyebut also strengthens brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Additionally, the development and execution of joint business plans with our partner contributes to fostering mutually beneficial initiatives, which in turn enhances LEGO BRAND’s position as a market leader.By delivering exceptional retail experiences and consistently meeting growth targets, this role plays a pivotal role in advancing LEGO BRAND’s mission of inspiring and enriching the lives of children and adults worldwide through creative play.

In this role,you’renot just managing accounts;you’recrafting experiences, fostering partnerships, and bringing the LEGO story to life—one brick at a time.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proventrack recordof successful key account management in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry and withpreviousbranded retail experience.

  • Work experience in an existing Franchise system would beadvantageous.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secureadvantageoustrade terms.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for fostering collaborative relationships.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

  • Prior experience in developing and implementing joint business plans.

  • Familiarity with the retail landscape inTurkiye

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment

  • Leadership qualities with thecapacityto influence and drivechange

  • Fluency in English and Turkish languages
