DUTIES:
The Department of Economics at the University of South Florida invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Public Finance or other related field in Applied Economics. Candidates must demonstrate the capacity for high-quality research, excellent teaching credentials, and the ability and desire to play a role in our PhD program. This is a full-time (9 month) position. Salary is negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):
Minimum Qualifications:
A PhD in Economics or a related field from an accredited institution. Must meet university criteria for rank of Assistant Professor.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants who have publications or R&R’s in the Public Finance field.

Information for Applicants:
Applications from individuals who are ABD will be considered, but the degree must be conferred by August 1, 2022.
