Essential Job Duties | The Department of Economics in the Poole College of Management of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant professor in an applied microeconomics field studying topics such as labor, education, aging, economic demography, health, empirical industrial organization, or market design.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Subject to budget contingencies, the appointment will begin on August 16, 2022. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. by July 1, 2022. |
Other Responsibilities | Contributing member of department and college faculty. Perform other related duties as assigned. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Candidates must have a Ph.D., or equivalent degree, in the field, along with the potential to conduct distinguished research and provide outstanding teaching and service. |
