We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Support definition and implementation of Digital strategy by accelerating online performance on:

  • Search on web engine and eRetailers

  • Social platform activation to drive sales

  • Media on eRetailers: The main responsibility in this area is to work with the Digital Team to define and continuously improve Media Approach and Audience measurements (targeting, reach and frequency, Brand/Sales Return On Investment), supporting media plan implementation on key eRetailers

  • BUY NOW (or call to action implementation) across all digital touchpoints (brand website desktop and mobile, Youtube, Facebook, email, etc.). Lead implementation in the top online eRetailers websites

  • eCommerce content accuracy and quality by monitoring compliance and performance of digital content vs. defined standards and target. Identify gaps and work with the digital teams to define winning practices and supporting tools to define content optimization plan and implementation in the key online eRetailers

  • Leverage on eShopper insights to develop Developing tools and practices to manage online eRetailers to deploy the eCommerce group strategy and drive online category growth.

  • Define online strategies and coordinate implementation of eRetailer (s) plans in line with business requirements by supporting implementation of defined solutions to:

    • activate the 4Ps online;
    • disproportionally win in share and distribution with new items;
    • multi-item baskets shopper concepts
  • Ensure achievement of agreed eRetailer (s) targets/KPIs

  • Support Supply Chain to map the whole end to end flow (physical product and information) to optimize our route to market – especially for the new channel/eRetailers (e.g., Pure Player exclusive retailers online) via product range optimization and activities optimization along the value chain

  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies

  • Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of direct reports

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree.

  • Fluent in English.

  • More than 9 years in marketing and sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results

  • Key Account Management

  • Leads eRetailer Key Account team.

  • Understands all sales functions i.e. Category Development, eRetailer, Field

  • Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people

  • Depth Digital/eCommerce knowledge, Courage, Ability to work in the grey, End to end approach (understanding Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain).

  • Solid marketing and sales experience in managing the traditional/offline business
