Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales initiatives.
- Consistently identify and implement innovative tactics to maximize revenue streams across all segments, ensuring financial target success.
- Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clients, creating valuable partnerships that align with our brand’s ethos.
- Inspire, manage, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of proactive outreach, continuous improvement, and shared achievement.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts, leveraging insights to strategically adjust sales approaches and maintain Outbound Mammoth’s competitive edge.
- Act as an ambassador (The Outbounder) by communicating our unique value proposition and the unforgettable experiences we offer for group bookings, events, and individual stays.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize comprehensive sales data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, forecast future demand, and make data-driven decisions that propel our growth.
- Work with the hotel’s marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure unified strategies and exceptional guest experiences from initial contact through to departure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly enthusiastic and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in sales systems – Delphi a plus!
- Familiarity with the local market.

Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000/yr. + 30% bonus
This role will close on 8/30/25 or until the position has been filled.
