Corteva Agriscience™ has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator in Adana, Turkey.

As Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for development of the seed processing schedule and management of the product according to quality results for all crops.

Your Challenge:

  • To develop plant level schedule for seed processing based on the European master schedule, including interplant shipments, in coordination with the plant management. To monitor continuously the implementation and status of the schedule and revise if required. To adjust plant schedule according to the changes in priorities and to meet un-expected local or abroad demands.

  • Schedule and coordinate third party productions according to the needs to meet the European master schedule.

  • To develop a backwards Plant Master Plan and Interplant Master Plan to meet production deadlines, based on demand.

  • To develop a two-weeks plan by product to meet deadlines in alignment with plant capacity. To monitor plan execution. To provide all daily data needed to maintain the plan for production and warehouse management.

  • To provide information to plant manager to adjust plant capacity to meet weekly and long-term production goals. (Number of shifts per week, or weekend work load information, etc.).

  • To provide information to Logistics for what volume/batches are ready to ship.

  • To monitor product quality and manage the use of product accordingly.

  • To provide all data needed on time and 100% accurate for supply weekly metrics (in process, failed testing, ready to ship, shipped) for finished and semi-finished goods.

  • To maintain SAP daily to reflect bagged volume and product quality; request SAP changes to indicate full alignment with plant output.

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, statistics, business management, or related.

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience as scheduling coordinator or same responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs and preferably in SAP.

  • Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

  • Good data mining and analysis skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • Completed military service for male candidates.
